To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information. If the package is returned non-deliverable we will issue a store credit for the net price of your item(s) minus the shipping charge.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from Tribal Twist, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it. You must address this with shipping company. Tribal Twist Clothing does not hold responsibility for packages that state to be delivered. We do not issue refund for packages that state being delivered.
Just a reminder that you will receive your order at least 5 (UK) business days (please allow 14 business days for international) from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed. After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take a day or two working days to process your order. This is just an estimate, and doesn’t include weekends or holidays. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
We offer Express Shipping (only UK). Your shipping cost is displayed at point of checkout.
*If your order is multiple items and one of them is out of stock, we will go ahead and ship the rest of your order issuing store credit for the item(s) not in stock.*
Please note that shipping charges do not include taxes or duty. The customer is solely responsible for any customs, duties, foreign taxes or other fees that his/her country may impose to take delivery of his/her order. Any abandoned packages are at the responsibility of the customer. In order to comply with export regulations, we are required by law to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable merchandise.
Return & Exchange Policy
We do not cover your shipping cost back to us.

Once your email has been received, you will get a reply with further details on how to return your item.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We aim to process all returns within 5 working days of receipt. Please note this may take slightly longer during busy periods.
Your items should be sent back to us within 14 days of receipt by you, unworn and with tags attached. Late returns cannot be accepted and may be returned to you.
We do not offer returns or exchanges on sale items or items that have been promoted.
